Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Deposits Each Project Analysis consultation requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced after the consultation or before the final report delivery, depending on scope. Scope of Work Project Analysis sessions are designed for specific projects — such as real estate evaluations, business ideas, or program proposals. Each session includes an initial consultation and a written summary or next-step framework. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. Deliverables Written reports, analysis summaries, or recommendations will be delivered within 5–7 business days after the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Confidentiality & Ownership All shared project information remains confidential. You retain ownership of your ideas; Chanara Yen Consulting retains ownership of all analysis frameworks, templates, and intellectual property.
