Cancellation Policy

Booking & Retainer Leadership Consulting engagements are billed at an hourly rate. Long-term or multi-session engagements may require a retainer or proposal agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and payment terms. Rescheduling & Cancellations Meetings may be rescheduled with 48-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge for the scheduled time. Invoices & Payment Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the consulting agreement. Scope Adjustments Any adjustments to the agreed-upon scope (e.g., additional meetings, new deliverables) will be discussed in writing and billed accordingly. Confidentiality & Ethics All consulting sessions and materials are confidential. Chanara upholds strict ethical standards in coaching and consulting, maintaining discretion for all clients and teams.
