Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Payment All coaching sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Any reschedule requests made within 24 hours of your session may be subject to forfeiture. Cancellations & Refunds Because these sessions reserve dedicated time, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. If you need to cancel in advance, you may apply your payment toward a future session within 30 days. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your session. Sessions ending late due to late arrival will still conclude at the scheduled time. Confidentiality All discussions during coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Notes or materials shared remain private unless written consent is provided.
